PROCEDURE FOR PEER REVIEW OF SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES
Scientific articles submitted to the journal are accepted for publication in accordance with the established procedure. The requirements for formatting the final version of the article are published on the last page of each journal issue.
When the manuscript version of the article is received, the journal staff informs the author about the content and compliance with the main requirements. Any identified shortcomings in the article must be corrected by the author.
The scientific article is then reviewed in accordance with the established requirements by members of the editorial board or subject-matter experts (Candidates or Doctors of Sciences).
A scientific article accepted for publication but requiring revision and additions is returned to the author(s) with the reviewer’s and editor’s recommendations. The author(s) must correct the identified shortcomings and submit the final printed and electronic versions of the article to the journal with the original signature. After the identified shortcomings have been addressed, the scientific article is resubmitted for peer review and, upon the recommendation of the reviewer, receives approval for publication from the editorial board.
The peer review process for manuscript articles is not open. Disclosure of information about the review process constitutes a violation of the author's rights. Reviewers are not permitted to copy the article's text or use it for personal purposes.
Reviewers, as well as members of the editorial board, are not permitted to use any information contained in the manuscript for their personal benefit prior to the article's publication.
